The brake pads on the year of my car failed. Where I live is very rural, so I really need a car. I rang a few mobile companies who didn't even answer the phone and rang Route 65, who answered straight away and told them the problem. They said they were very busy and could not get to me until Thursday. I explained my situation, and he said he would call back in an hour if he shuffle things about and get to me. Today, he called back 30 minutes later and said he could be there in an hour and a half. He turned up and said he set to work, fitted new pads, wheels, etc, and tested them all. What excellent service makes a pleasant change v professional and only charged me 80 pounds. I can't recommend them highly enough; they are a family firm to 10 out of 10.
